Airsoft guns are weapons which replicate the look of a real weapon, but only fire harmless plastic projectiles at a lower velocity than a typical BB gun. Designed for both collectors, and the players of war games airsoft guns are excellent for either, and can be found in spring powered, gas powered, and battery powered formats. Airsoft guns were originally developed so that Japanese gun enthusiasts could own copies of guns that became illegal to own. Now there?s an entire sport built around airsoft guns, similar to paint ball, airsoft involves simulated military combat using airsoft guns.
