Jeffery was born on August 17, 1972 and passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2012.
Jeffery was a resident of Lompoc, California at the time of his passing.
He attended Riverview Christian School, received his Associate of Arts Degree from Allan Hancock College and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from University of LaVerne.
Memorial services will be held at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary, 123 North A Street, Lompoc at 2 pm, Saturday March 10, 2012. A reception will immediately follow at Lompoc Valley of the Flowers Half Century Club, 341 North N Street, Lompoc.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jeffery Osborne Memorial Fund at Union Bank, 805 North H Street, Lompoc 93436.
